Electrical Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Install and configure at customer sites according to technical specifications and operational requirements.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, including details of service performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations while performing job duties. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, industry trends, and best practices. Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks. Ensure that all parts and equipment are properly accounted for and stored.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
