Electrical Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer

Department: Projects After Sales & Service

Location: Pan India

Reporting To: Lead - After Sales & Service

Experience/qualifications requirements:

• Proven working experience as Service Engineer
• Diploma or BE (Electrical) with 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in the field of service or similar roles. Experience with Electrical, Process, and Equipment.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• Prior experience in rice mills, parboiling plants, or similar industrial projects.

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for delivering on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems. This role ensures equipment operates effectively and reliably, addresses customer concerns, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• On-Site Support and Maintenance: Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical process and equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during site activities. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including working in industrial and outdoor environments. May require extended hours and travel to remote locations.
