JOB DESCRIPTION [ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES] Job Title: F&A Sr. Executive/AM/Manager Department: Finance & accounts Location: Bengaluru Reporting To: CFO Experience/qualifications requirements: Proven working experience as Accounting or Finance Executive Post-Graduation / ICWA / CA Inter with 5+ years of working experience Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases Ability to manipulate large amounts of data Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to direct and supervise Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Handling the daily operations of the accounting department Prepare and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Adhere & enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles Manage and working on the daily operations of the accounting department including: accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity Prepare accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Establish working on proper accounting methods, policies and principles Participate & Coordinate department audits Suggest recommendations Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Skills and Specifications: Good communication skills Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner An analytical mind & pay attention to detail Must have good interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION [ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES] Job Title: Service Engineer Department: Projects After Sales & Service Location: Pan India Reporting To: Lead - After Sales & Service Experience/qualifications requirements: Proven working experience as Service Engineer Diploma or BE (Electrical) with 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in the field of service or similar roles. Experience with Electrical, Process, and Equipment. Ability to direct and supervise. Prior experience in rice mills, parboiling plants, or similar industrial projects. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for delivering on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems. This role ensures equipment operates effectively and reliably, addresses customer concerns, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. On-Site Support and Maintenance: Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems at customer sites. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical process and equipment. Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during site activities. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly. Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including working in industrial and outdoor environments. May require extended hours and travel to remote locations. Skills and Specifications: Good communication skills Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently and under pressure in challenging environments.
