ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering Experience: 3 years in offshore electrical engineering Location: Mumbai (Offshore) Salary: ₹40,000 per month Key Responsibilities 🔆 Design and Development Create electrical systems that function efficiently in offshore conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and saltwater. Develop electrical diagrams, layouts, and schematics for offshore power systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards. 🔆 Installation and Commissioning Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution networks, generators, and safety devices. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper system integration and safety compliance. Collaborate with project teams, technicians, and contractors during commissioning phases. 🔆 Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance to prevent electrical failures and maximize system efficiency. Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitor electrical performance and propose optimization strategies for offshore power systems. 🔆 Power Management and Safety Compliance Supervise AC/DC power systems, generators, transformers, and electrical circuits. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate hazards. Lead electrical safety drills and ensure adherence to offshore regulatory standards. Technical Skills & Competencies 🔆 Electrical Engineering Knowledge – Strong understanding of electrical principles, offshore power systems, and automation. 🔆 Technical Expertise – Proficiency in designing, installing, and maintaining offshore electrical networks. 🔆 Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose electrical failures, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective solutions. 🔆 Communication Skills – Clear and professional communication with technical teams, management, and offshore personnel. 🔆 Safety Awareness – In-depth knowledge of electrical safety protocols and offshore compliance requirements. 🔆 Adaptability – Ability to work under challenging offshore conditions and respond effectively to unexpected system failures.
