Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer based in Faridabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, process control, and managing electrical and instrumentation tasks. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation used in our thermal engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts
• Selection and specification of sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters
• Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
• Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning
• Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site
• Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred)
• Hands-on experience in:
• PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.)
• HMI/SCADA development
• VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics
• Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel
• Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance
