Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Workspace & Data Management Associate located in Faridabad. The role involves managing and optimizing Google Workspace applications, handling data management tasks, and supporting data analytics initiatives. Daily tasks include organizing data, ensuring data integrity and security, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and facilitating effective communication within teams using Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
• Data Management and Data Science skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and maintain Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Build internal links between Google Sheets, Docs, and other files for streamlined navigation.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and pivot tables for clear reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain version control across documents.
• Set up shared access, permissions, and collaborative workflows in Google Drive.
• Automate repetitive tasks using formulas, conditional formatting, and Google Sheets features (basic scripts knowledge is a plus).
• Assist team members in troubleshooting Google Sheets-related issues.
