Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal & Costing Engineer at ENCON Thermal Engineers Pvt. Ltd. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as proposal preparation, proposal writing, collaborating with engineers, sales teams, and procurement departments to develop and submit comprehensive proposals and costing estimates.

The Reporting will be directly to the Director of the Company

Qualifications

• Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills
• Experience in Electrical Engineering
• Sales and Procurement knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
