·      Plan, execute, and track eLearning projects end-to-end.

·      Collaborate with instructional design, media, technology teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

·      Manage schedules, budgets, and utilization across projects.

·      Serve as the primary client contact for updates and feedback.

·      Ensure content and accessibility compliance (WCAG, SCORM/xAPI).

·      Assess risks, plan mitigation strategies, review and maintain documentation, and drive quality outcomes.

·      Review prototypes and deliverables to assess quality and effectiveness.

·      Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.

·      Review client requirements and project proposals and proactively seek necessary clarifications to ensure understanding of requirements and alignment with project goals.

·      6–8 years’ experience in eLearning or digital learning project management.

·      Strong understanding of academic and corporate learning workflows.

·      Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, etc.) and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise).

·      Hands-on experience in storyboarding and applying instructional design concepts, adult learning principles, and learning strategies to create engaging, outcome-based learning experiences.

·      Ability to translate client briefs into clear project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.

·      Ability to review deliverables for logical flow, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.

·      Ability to frame instructional strategies based on learner needs, content type, client requirements, and delivery format.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Degree in education, communication, sciences, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
