About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for the banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.This role requires a strong understanding of financial services processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce FSC Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to drive digital transformation across financial Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for banking, wealth management, or insurance clients.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce FSC solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce FSC modules such as Accounts & Contacts, Household Management, Financial Accounts, Goals & Objectives, Client Engagement, and Compliance Tracking.
Design and implement OmniStudio, Flow, Process Builder, and Apex solutions for complex business scenarios.
Integrate Salesforce FSC with external systems such as core banking systems, ERP, document management systems, and third-party APIs.
Provide technical guidance to developers, administrators, and business users.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Perform data migration, validation, and quality checks during Salesforce implementation.
Ensure FSC solutions comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, and effort Technical Skills :
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including all core features and best practices.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and middleware tools like Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Reporting/Dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of banking, insurance, wealth management, and financial services processes.
Knowledge of data migration tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or Talend.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) is a plus
