Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the electrical and instrumentation department in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of E&I professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and protocols in all E&I activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce downtime
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures for E&I projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting reports, updates, and recommendations
  • Resolve E&I-related issues and challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operation

Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Expertise in Electrical construction in power plant
  • Leadership experience in Electrical and Instrumentation functions
  • Strong project management capabilities

Qualifications

Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA in Engineering Management (preferred)

Experience

  • 25-30+ years of experience in the Power/Energy industry
  • Demonstrated track record of leading Electrical and Instrumentation functions
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and teams
