Educational Data Analyst & Dashboard Developer

Shreeji Education Zone is an AI-powered academic institute helping students learn through self-paced, guided learning paths.

We are building internal academic dashboards that help mentors visualize student progress, analyze test data, and guide interventions — all powered by smart interfaces and real-time logic.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst + Dashboard Developer who can take raw educational data and convert it into meaningful visual insights for internal use.

This includes academic timelines, attendance patterns, test analysis, work tracking, and more.

This is not a corporate analytics job — your tools will directly impact how students learn and how mentors make decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Design internal-use dashboards using React, AI Studio, or similar
• Work with student-level JSON data to track academic events, timelines, test scores
• Build clean visual components (charts, metrics, comparisons)
• Collaborate with non-technical mentors to wire features correctly
• Use Firebase/Firestore, Recharts, or any other stack you prefer

Skill Set Required:

• Experience with ReactJS, Google AI Studio, or any dashboard builder
• Knowledge of charting frameworks like Chart.js, Recharts, Power BI, etc.
• Able to work with data structures and JSON logic
• Clean UI/UX thinking — must simplify complexity

Bonus (not mandatory):

• Firebase (Firestore/Auth)
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
• EdTech or academic system experience
• TailwindCSS

Ideal Background:

• BCA/MCA or B.Tech/M.Tech (CS, IT, Data, AI)
• Portfolio of dashboards or UI work (GitHub or live demo preferred)
• Passion for education or AI-powered tools

Pay: ₹10,813.69 - ₹42,130.58 per month
