About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Analyst & Dashboard Developer who can turn raw academic data into clear, actionable visual insights. You’ll help design systems that improve decision-making, track academic activity, and enhance the mentoring process.

You’ll work closely with leadership to create data-driven tools that are easy to use, visually impactful, and deeply aligned with real educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build clean, modular dashboards for academic use
• Analyze student-related data (e.g., academic records, timelines, participation)
• Identify trends, gaps, and patterns that impact learning outcomes
• Create visual summaries using charts, metrics, and comparative views
• Collaborate with team members to define meaningful educational insights
• Ensure tools are intuitive for non-technical staff and mentors

Skill Set

Required:

• Strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Experience in Google AI Studio, React, or any modern dashboard framework
• Familiarity with data handling using Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Knowledge of charting libraries or BI tools (Recharts, Chart.js, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate across tech and academic teams

Bonus:

• Exposure to Firebase or similar back-end storage
• Understanding of learning analytics or EdTech environments
• Strong eye for layout, clarity, and usability
• Interest in AI-assisted analysis or automated insights

Preferred Background

• B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or ICT
• MCA / BCA with strong real-world dashboard projects
• Portfolio of apps, dashboards, or visualization work
• Passion for using tech to improve learning experiences
