We aim to empower students and professionals with trading skills that lead to financial independence.⸻📝 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Student/Admission Counsellor who will be the first point of contact for students and professionals interested in our training programs. The counsellor will guide, motivate, and convert leads into enrollments, ensuring an excellent student experience.⸻📌 Key Responsibilities • Handle student inquiries (phone, walk-ins, email, social media) and explain course offerings. • Conduct career counselling sessions to match students with the right Financial Corridor program. • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication & follow-up. • Maintain and update student records in CRM/Excel. • Coordinate with the faculty & operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding. • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities if required. • Provide post-admission support and build strong student relationships.⸻👩‍💼 Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Finance, Education, or related fields). • 0–3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor / Sales Executive. • Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi mandatory). • Ability to explain financial concepts simply (training will be provided). • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at handling objections. • Basic knowledge of stock market/finance is a plus (not mandatory).⸻💰 Salary & Benefits • Salary Range: ₹15000 – ₹25000 per month (depending on experience & skills). • Incentives: Performance-based admission incentives. • Opportunity to learn trading & financial markets from industry experts. • Career growth within Financial Corridor (senior counsellor → center manager → business head).
