Admission Counsellor

Job Summary: The Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for students and parents at Financial Corridor. They will guide prospective students through the admission process, explain course details (Trading, Investment, CMT, CFA, Technical Analysis, Options, Algo Trading, etc.), and ensure smooth conversion of enquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling & Guidance Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads. Understand students’ goals and suggest the right course (Basic to Advanced levels). Provide complete information about Financial Corridor programs, career benefits, and learning outcomes. Admissions & Lead Management Handle incoming enquiries and maintain records in CRM. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and achieve admission targets. Assist students in completing admission formalities, documentation, and fee collection. Coordination & Support Coordinate with faculty and operations team for scheduling demo classes, webinars, and counselling sessions. Represent Financial Corridor in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events. Build long-term relationships with students and act as their point of support until course completion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Business / Marketing / Finance / Education). Prior experience (1–3 years) in counselling / sales / admissions (education industry preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media handling. Knowledge of Finance, Stock Market, or Investment courses is an added advantage.
