Job Title: Education Counselor

Location: Kolkata/Bangalore (Full-Time, Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Education Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving enrollment growth by engaging with prospective students and promoting our educational programs. This is a target-oriented, full-time work-from-office role that requires excellent communication skills in English and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.

Counseling & Guidance: Understand the career aspirations and needs of students and provide tailored course recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential students and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment process.

Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with potential leads and ensure timely responses to their inquiries.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in CRM software and prepare regular reports for management.

Promotional Activities: Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and promotional events to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to execute sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Key Skills:


Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Confidence, smart personality, and ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.

Strong sales and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and effectively manage time.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM software (preferred).

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).

Prior experience in sales or the education sector is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
