Educational Counselor

As a Counsellor at our company, your main role will involve conducting Face to Face & Telephonic counselling sessions with students interested in seeking admission to various Universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand & Canada. You will also be responsible for maintaining a student database on our CRM, ensuring regular follow-ups on potential leads for students interested in enrolling in our Test Preparation courses such as IELTS & PTE training. Your job will require calling fresh leads, following up to drive walk-ins, conversions, and admissions. Additionally, you will need to engage in significant reading, self-studies, and online research to provide accurate and updated information to students. Your skills should include a pleasant personality, approachability, and customer-friendly attitude. It is essential to have counseling experience in at least 3 out of the 6 countries mentioned, with knowledge of the UK being an added advantage. You should demonstrate an aptitude for continuous research, learning, and knowledge enhancement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial for this role. As the position is target-based, you must have excellent sales skills and a proven track record in sales. Your responsibilities will also include counseling students, converting leads into walk-ins, and walk-ins into admissions. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer usage is required, along with being Internet and social media savvy. Working in a target-driven and result-oriented environment should be a comfortable setting for you. Marketing skills and experience in blogging and online counseling will be advantageous. A minimum of 1-year experience as an overseas education counselor is necessary for this role.,
