Job Description: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our CECA Gurugram office. This is an on-site and full time position. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate designer to contribute to our marketing efforts by creating visually engaging materials that effectively communicate our services to international students and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in both print and digital design, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Create visually compelling designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, email campaigns, and presentations. • Ensure all design work aligns with CECA’s brand guidelines and messaging. • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and execute design solutions for various campaigns and events. • Design promotional materials for student programs, visa services, and educational resources. • Assist in the creation of graphics and layouts for the company website, blog, and other online platforms. • Edit and optimize images and videos for digital platforms and print. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of designs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary. • Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent time management skills. • Knowledge of web design, social media content creation, video editing and WordPress is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive CECA's growth in the education and migration sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with educational institutions, migration agencies, and prospective clients. Strong analytical abilities and market research skills to assess customer needs and identify opportunities. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Capable of managing multiple projects under pressure while meeting deadlines.
