Business Development Manager

In this role, you will drive partnerships, support students in their education and migration journeys, and contribute to CECA’s mission of empowering individuals around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with universities, colleges, and training providers.
• Drive business growth through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Guide students and families on educational opportunities, migration pathways, and visa processes.
• Provide tailored program recommendations based on student goals and eligibility.
• Stay updated on international education trends, visa requirements, and policy changes.
• Coordinate student admissions, documentation, scholarships, and visa submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
• Represent CECA at events, webinars, and education fairs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years’ experience in education counseling, business development, or the international education sector.
• Strong understanding of student visa processes, admissions, and global education pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases.
• A passion for education, migration, and helping students succeed.
