About BizVidya

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Institutional Growth & Partnerships
• Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and training institutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (principals, deans, HoDs, placement officers).
• Drive BizVidya’s positioning as a trusted partner for institutions seeking behavioral insights and industry alignment.
• Deployment & Implementation
• Lead end-to-end deployment of BizVidya solutions across partner institutions.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout.
• Monitor pilot programs, collect feedback, and iterate on deployment processes.
• Strategy & Operations
• Develop growth strategies to expand BizVidya’s institutional presence across regions.
• Support funding and investor conversations with insights on market traction and deployment progress.
• Track KPIs related to growth, adoption, and impact of BizVidya’s solutions.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of higher education ecosystem (colleges, universities, skill centers).
• Prior experience in B2B sales/partnerships (bonus if in EdTech).
• Execution-driven mindset — able to manage deployments and ensure success on the ground.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exposure to startups, with an ability to thrive in uncertain and high-growth environments.
• A risk-taker willing to work on pure equity until we secure funding.
