Job Summary: Uncodemy is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational and professional goals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding IT courses, career opportunities, and program selection. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments. Maintain student records and track the admission process. Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding. Participate in seminars, workshops, and events to promote Uncodemys programs. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 0-5 years in education counselling, sales, or student admissions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. Knowledge of IT training programs is an advantage.
