Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and suggest suitable programs. Follow up with leads and achieve monthly enrollment targets. Conduct outbound calls to potential learners and explain course value. Build strong relationships to ensure student trust and retention. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and offers to boost enrollments. Stay informed about finance certifications, market trends, and student needs. What you'll need : Education : Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Skills : Strong communication, presentation skills, familiarity with CRM tools and edtech platforms. Mindset : Customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about student success. Attitude : Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and team player.
