Education Counsellor

Position: Education Consultant Location: TechZone 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310 Role Overview: Weare seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide detailed information about our programs, and help them make informed decisions. This role involves proactive communication, lead management, and achieving enrollment targets while delivering exceptional student service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Communication: ○ Conduct a minimum of 200-250 outbound and follow-up calls daily to prospective students. ○ Address queries and provide accurate information about university programs and courses. 2. Student Counselling: ○ Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. ○ Build rapport to convert leads into paid applications, meeting weekly and monthly targets. 3. Lead Management: ○ Efficiently manage and nurture leads allocated through CRM systems. ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups. 4. On-Campus Engagement: ○ Handle walk-ins and facilitate campus visits, providing detailed program insights. 5. Target Achievement: ○ Worktowards achieving set enrollment goals while adhering to quality standards. 6.
