Application / Product Analyst

Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Summary: This is a key role that will serve as the bridge between end-users and technical teams, ensuring the smooth operation, enhancement, and integration of business-critical applications. The role will align technology initiatives with business goals, ensure the scalability and sustainability of systems. The role will support, maintain, and optimize our enterprise applications and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements and deliver solutions. Identify potential improvements in technology landscape. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve systems and infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement of system processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with application teams, peers, and users to support data-driven technology implementation. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and metrics. Monitor application performance and generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Create and maintain documentation for application processes, user guides, and technical procedures. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. Experience of 8+ years working in similar role Experience in digital transformation, technology implementations, application modernization, integrations Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other platforms. Basic understanding of databases, system integration, reporting tools and data flows. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and excellent communication skills Experience working in an agile or cross-functional team environment is a plus.
