Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via 

  inbound lead follow-ups

   through calls (leads provided).
• Drive conversions through 

  outbound calls

  , understanding prospects’ needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Explain educational programs and services

   clearly and effectively.
• Conduct 

  online demos

   and counselling sessions to recommend appropriate education plans.
• Leverage 

  product knowledge

   to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Build rapport with leads using 

  excellent listening, soft skills, and presentation abilities

  .
• Consistently 

  close sales

   and 

  achieve monthly admission targets

  .

• Maintain CRM records

   to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Share 

  weekly performance reports

   including sales targets, progress, and challenges with management.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure 

  continued satisfaction and referrals

  .
• Attend regular 

  training sessions

   to stay informed about new programs and industry updates.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years

   of proven experience in 

  admission counselling or outbound sales

  , preferably in the education industry.
• Excellent 

  verbal and written communication

   skills.
• Strong 

  interpersonal and client-handling

   skills.

• Confident, soft-spoken, empathetic

  , and a good listener.
• Strong
