What you''ll do - Marketing Strategy : Design and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals. • Campaign & Content Management : Oversee multi-channel campaigns and content across digital platforms, email, social media & whatssap. • Market Research : Conduct research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis. What you'll need - • Experience : 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Finance and/or edtech. • Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Skills : Digital Marketing, CRM, Powerpoint, Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, Marketo and other marketing automation tools • Communication Superpowers : You can break down complex finance concepts and explain them in a way thats clear, engaging, and fun. • Passion for learning : You are open to learn and implement new marketing trends • Analytical Mindset : You have knack of reading data and taking data driven decisions. • Leadership Skills : You’ll be leading a team of mentors and instructors, so strong team management skills are a must.
