And we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who shares our passion and vibe! Key Responsibilities: Run and improve ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms. Track important results like cost per lead, return on ad spend, and click rates. Test different creatives, target audiences, and landing pages to boost results. Build and manage the customer journey from first lead to final conversion. Use CRM tools (like Zoho or HubSpot) to set up lead follow-ups and automation. Improve our website’s search ranking (SEO) and keep key pages updated. Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to track campaign performance. Create regular reports with insights and suggestions for growth. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (EdTech/B2C preferred). Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO tools. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot. Comfortable with landing page tools and automation. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
