Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage the marketing team, and drive client acquisition and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event marketing, digital promotions, and business development with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans to strengthen the company’s market position.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments across India.
• Manage and guide the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Research and track upcoming events, exhibitions, and tenders relevant to the company.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Oversee the creation of marketing content including reels, posts, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with event planners, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Prepare and review proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
• Represent PXL MEDIA at events, expos, and client meetings for brand representation and business expansion.
• Track and report marketing performance, lead conversion, and ROI to senior management.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–7 years in Marketing / Event Management / Business Development
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management
• Experience handling corporate clients or large-scale events
• Ability to travel for meetings, events, and promotional activities
• Creative, result-oriented, and capable of leading a small marketing team
