🎯 What You’ll Do

As our EdTech Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own everything digital.

From performance campaigns to team management — this is a full-stack role where you get the steering wheel and the freedom to drive.

• Plan, execute, and scale digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) to fuel our sales pipeline

• Lead and manage our internal marketing squad (content, design, ads)

• Collaborate with sales & operations to align on goals, funnels, and lead quality

• Build brand visibility across India & the Middle East through performance + content synergy

• Track, optimize, and innovate using data — no vanity metrics

• Stay ahead of trends: AI, automation, storytelling, and more

✅ You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 2–5 years of solid experience in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech

• Have successfully scaled performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)

• Know how to lead teams, create strategy, manage creatives, and get things done

• Understand marketing funnels and customer journeys deeply

• Speak both data and human — sharp with analytics, smoother with copy

• Love owning your outcomes and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup
