Sales Team Lead

You will be joining One Percent Abroad as a Sales Team Lead, based in Calicut. As a Sales Team Lead, you will report to the Founder & COO and be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Your role will involve owning and optimizing the sales funnel, working in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Additionally, you will conduct strategic consultations with students and parents when necessary and track key performance indicators, CRM data, and performance reports for the leadership team. A key aspect of your role will be to cultivate a high-energy, goal-oriented team culture. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector. Prior experience in team leadership will be advantageous. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach. Your passion for education and student success will be a driving force in your contributions to the team.
