• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive leads for our sales team
• Manage and guide our in-house marketing team (content writers, designers, and strategists)
• Own the full funnel — from awareness to conversion — and work closely with the sales and ops team to align efforts
• Build and grow our brand across India and the Middle East
• Experiment like crazy. Track metrics. Optimize endlessly.
• Stay ahead of trends — AI, automation, storytelling — and bring fresh ideas to the table

• You’ve done this before — 2-5 years managing digital campaigns that actually worked
• You’re not afraid of data, and even less afraid of taking ownership
• You can write sharp briefs, manage creatives, and talk strategy
• You know how to turn ₹1 into ₹10 worth of impact
• You enjoy leading a team and making things happen fast

• Have experience in the edtech or study abroad space
• Know how to build funnels and automations (we ❤️ good systems)
• Have worked in a fast-paced startup or helped scale a brand before
