he EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Manager at a Maruti Suzuki dealership is responsible for overseeing all IT systems, managing the Dealer Management System (DMS), and ensuring accurate, real-time data and reporting across all departments. Job SummaryThe EDP Manager manages the dealership's IT infrastructure and data operations, ensuring seamless functioning in line with Maruti Suzuki's standards. This role involves maintaining data accuracy, supporting various departments with their IT needs, and generating critical business reports for management and the manufacturer. Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Management System (DMS) Operations: Manage the Maruti Suzuki DMS platform, ensuring real-time data updates, synchronization, and backups.
• Vehicle Billing & Inventory Control: Supervise vehicle invoicing and billing through the DMS, tracking stock location from yard to delivery, and ensuring accurate retail "punching" and verification.
• Corporate & Claim Handling: Responsible for processing corporate claims and schemes within the system as per MSIL (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) norms.
• Report Management: Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports of vehicle retail, stock, and performance metrics (MIS reports) using MS Excel.
• IT Infrastructure & Support: Manage and maintain computer systems, hardware, servers, networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers), printers, and other IT equipment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all departments.
• Coordination & Liaison: Coordinate with all departments (Sales, Service, Insurance, Finance) for DMS and IT-related needs and serve as the liaison with the MSIL IT team for system integrations or updates.
• Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and follow proper data security protocols, including regular data backups.

Desired Profile

• Education: A graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or MCA is often preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in EDP, IT, or DMS handling within an automobile dealership is typically required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros), familiarity with Maruti Suzuki's specific DMS and corporate claim systems, strong data accuracy skills, and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
