TEAM LEADER (MARUTI DEALER)

A Sales Team Leader at a Maruti dealership is responsible for managing a team of salespersons to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance monitoring. Key duties include hiring and motivating staff, implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with complex deals. Key responsibilities

• Team management: Hire, train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve their performance.
• Performance and goals: Set aggressive yet realistic sales goals for the team and individual members, monitor their progress, and provide support to help them succeed.
• Sales process management: Implement and maintain a prospect tracking and follow-up system.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure every customer is greeted promptly and that team members maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Dealership operations: Help close deals when necessary and ensure the team understands and follows all dealership policies and procedures.
• Staff development: Conduct sales training meetings and assist in developing improvement programs for underperforming team members.
• Staff evaluation: Provide feedback, and recommend dismissal for those who fail to meet dealership standards.
• Post-delivery follow-up: Contact new customers within 24 hours of delivery to ensure their complete satisfaction with the sales and delivery process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
