Job Description

ITSM Release Manager

The Ideal candidate will possess knowledge and expertise required for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process.

This position requires Release and Change Management skills to ensure code is deployed, maintained, and configured quickly and efficiently while still adhering to our core compliance standards.

Work experience in service management, change management, release, and incident management.

Intermediate understanding on Agile delivery process.

Defines and documents the release recommendation for each release and/or change to production.

Document release scope, schedule, deliverables, and roll back plan.

Familiarity with change management processes including Change Advisory Board and Release Readiness activities.

Willingness to learn and perform hands on cloud-based deployments.

Proficiency with service Now, SQL, .NET, JIRA, Confluence, Appian and Azure DevOps.

Experience in Client facing role while working from client location

Flexible for off-hour support to manage the prod release

Should have experience in managing the offshore team and work with global environment.
