Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated eCommerce Support Specialist to join our team. This

individual contributor role is crucial for supporting and managing our portfolio of websites and B2B and B2C

stores on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web Development and Digital

Marketing, with experience in Shopify Plus and WordPress CMS. You will work closely with Product

Managers, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional

customer experiences.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and optimization of websites and

B2B/B2C Shopify Plus stores.

• Contribute to the development of new user-facing features by

providing front-end & back-end coding support in HTML, CSS,

JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, PHP, SQL & REST API.

• Assist with product uploads, updates, and ensuring master data

accuracy across digital channels.

• Work with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to execute

promotional campaigns and update site content as needed.

• Respond to customer service inquiries related to online orders,

shipping, and product information.

• Compile performance and sales reports to assist the eCommerce

team in data-driven decisions.

• Maintain and configure third-party apps, ensuring proper

functionality and performance across the store.

• Keep documentation of theme changes, app configurations, and

code customizations for internal tracking.

Support the eCommerce team in QA testing after deployments or

theme updates to ensure functionality across devices and

browsers.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate with external vendors, and internal departments to support

cross-team projects and meet shared goals.

• Help translate cross-departmental requests into actionable tasks for the

eCommerce and development teams.

• Support project timelines by tracking deliverables, providing updates,

and flagging potential roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in frontend/backend web development,

eCommerce and digital marketing.

• Hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, PHP,

SQL, JSON and REST API.

• Proven experience managing B2B/D2C stores on Shopify Plus.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations including security,

compliance, data/privacy laws, best practices, 3PL, inventory and

shipping.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Event tracking, Pixels, web

vitals, performance reporting and supporting ongoing digital

marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for eCommerce.

1. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

3. Experience using Shopify apps.

4. Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems.
