Job role : Supply Chain Executive

Experience : 2-3 years

Department : Supply Chain / Operations

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and vendor coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations

· Track and analyse supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rates, delivery accuracy, lead times)

· Manage order processing systems and ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow

· Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages

· Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor and SKU planning

· Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during storage and transportation

· Manage shipping documentation, coordinate with CHAs and forwarders, and follow up on supplier dispatches

· Handle end-to-end shipment coordination including quotes, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment

· Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment operations

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain tools

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)

· Familiarity with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

· Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to drive decisions

· Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
