Role Description :

If you’re passionate roles that revolves crafting, visual designing, colour theory, brand identity, content writing, photography, storytelling, audience engagement, and building digital communities – this role is for you!

We’re on the lookout for a creative Visual Designer who can design and focus on user centric visuals and strategic Social Media Marketer who can lead and execute powerful campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand love for our clients.

This is a full time on-site role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and develop new product designs, ensuring alignment with market standards and consumer needs.

· Collaborate with the product development team to create visually appealing and functional product packaging and branding.

· Design high quality promotional materials and marketing assets for online and offline channels.

· Expertise in Content Writing, Video Editing.

· Can do product photoshoots as and when required

· Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design tools.

· Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards for aesthetics and compliance.

· Stay updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and emerging innovations in the Health & Personal Care sector.

· Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, product designs, and marketing materials

· Conduct quality checks on designs before final submission and production

· Manage and grow social media account.

· Create, curate, and schedule content that aligns with brand goals and voice

  • Develop and implement content strategies to boost visibility and engagement
  • Monitor platforms, respond to DMs/comments, and build online communities
  • Track performance using analytics tools and create weekly/monthly reports

Qualifications & Skills:

· Strong portfolio showcasing designing and content writing work

· Strong understanding of Ecommerce and Marketing trends

· Ability to create on brand visuals that drive engagement and sales

· Excellent time management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail

· Flair for photography

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong content strategy development and execution ability
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Awareness of latest social media trends, reels, and viral content formats
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
