Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive online sales growth and profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end E-commerce operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Lead a team of E-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Implement best practices in E-commerce operations, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to enhance E-commerce capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the quick commerce channel, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor E-commerce KPIs and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant technologies and practices into the E-commerce strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in E-commerce management, preferably in the domestic market.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing E-commerce platforms, with experience in quick commerce channels highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
