Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Surat. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and improving customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
