Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to oversee and optimize our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a keen understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer behavior. You will be responsible for listing management, order tracking, performance optimization, and overall online store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and Sales on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Create and optimize product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversions, and product performance
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand presentation
• Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and customer queries
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Work closely with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery tracking
• Maintain accurate reporting on ecommerce KPIs and sales metrics
• Suggest improvements in UX/UI, checkout process, and overall customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online retail management
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing metrics
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
