1. Assist in managing online orders & fulfillment.

2. Update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, etc.

3. Optimize website & product listings, Bulk Listing Knowledge.

4. Respond to customer queries & process returns.

5. Track inventory & coordinate with logistics.

6. Analyze basic sales data & report findings.

7. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

8. Work with senior team members on e-commerce strategies.

9. Basic Excel Knowledge

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

2. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

3. Excellent organizational skills.

4. Minimum 1 Yearst Experience.
