Your focus will be on the day‑to‑day execution of Shopify operations: maintaining a high‑quality product catalog, running compliance checks, publishing approved content, and supporting local teams according to our established global processes. Your Location Work location will be Chennai, IN. Your Tasks Update products, variants, media assets, tags, and collections in Shopify according to established playbooks and quality standards. Execute merchandising activities and promotional campaigns based on Group Marketing guidance. Publish approved storefront content, ensuring brand and compliance consistency. Perform regular daily and weekly quality checks in Shopify and Google Merchant Center (GMC); apply predefined solutions and escalate complex cases appropriately. Coordinate inputs through team meetings and Jira, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and clearly documenting completed actions. Generate standardized performance reports (such as conversion rate, average order value, top pages) using set dashboards. Your Profile 1–3 years’ hands‑on experience in Shopify admin and basic maintenance of Google Merchant Center. Proficient using checklists and spreadsheets for accuracy and reporting; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to providing excellent internal service. Experience working in an international team environment is an advantage. Familiarity with agile project management (Jira and Confluence) desirable. Good command of English (spoken and written); other language skills are an asset. Set up and execute simple automations (journeys) for audience engagement and retention. Perform thorough pre-send quality assurance, including validating links, rendering checks, tracking setup, and compliance with branding guidelines. Conduct basic deliverability checks; escalate technical issues (such as SPF/DKIM/DMARC or domain problems) to IT or Group specialists. Segment email recipient groups according to lists provided by Market Organizations/Group, respecting all consent and suppression requirements. Execute small-scale A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, send times), analyze campaign results (open rate, click rate, CTO, bounces, unsubscribes), and deliver concise performance reports. Coordinate campaign inputs and feedback through team meetings and Jira tasks. Your Profile 1–3 years of practical experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar. Basic HTML/CSS proficiency for the creation, modification, and troubleshooting of email content. Solid understanding of double opt-in, consent-based marketing, and email performance indicators (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate). Highly organized, analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. Experience working in an international team environment is an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools is desirable. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); other language skills are an advantage.
