Ecommerce Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and pricing across multiple ecommerce platforms.

2. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales.

3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

4. Product Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, high-quality product images, and competitive pricing.

5. Customer Service: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.

6. Platform-Specific Strategies: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, trends, and best practices on ecommerce platforms.

Requirements:

1. Ecommerce Experience: Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar.

2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certifications in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related fields are a plus.

2. Experience with Multiple Platforms: Experience managing multiple ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,585.08 - ₹28,356.50 per month
