Ecommerce Specialist

The E-commerce Executive role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the company's online store. Your responsibilities will include handling product listings, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining the e-commerce website, and providing excellent customer service support. This position focuses on operational tasks and technical support rather than sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for uploading and managing product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the e-commerce platform. It is crucial to ensure that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly categorized. Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse for inventory updates, overseeing the order fulfillment process, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries are also key aspects of the role. In addition, you will be required to perform regular website updates to maintain functionality, accuracy, and a seamless user experience. Troubleshooting any technical issues with the platform in coordination with the web development team will be part of your tasks. Handling customer inquiries, returns, and complaints through the e-commerce platform to ensure a positive shopping experience is essential. Resolving technical issues for customers, such as account access problems or order tracking, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare regular reports on website performance, product listings, and operational efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, experience with e-commerce platforms, a basic understanding of web technologies and content management systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a fresher. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
