The Opportunity

Powershop is Hitachi Energy’s eBusiness platform enabling customers to request quotes and place orders with minimal sales team intervention. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to support the implementation and lead post-implementation phases of Powershop across BU PGTR, Hub APMEA factories, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. This role acts as the single point of contact for all factories regarding Powershop and will lead the next phases of the project.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Collaborate with HUB Sales Operations, BU CPQ, IT, and factory teams to ensure successful onboarding of new factories, products, and customers into Powershop. Drive change management initiatives to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance during implementation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Powershop implementation. Coordinate and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides to ensure factory teams are well-prepared for Powershop go-live. Provide hands-on support during go-live, addressing any immediate issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all factories regarding Powershop inquiries, support, and escalations after implementation. Track usage metrics, gather feedback from factory users, and ensure adoption and utilization targets are met.
  • Proactively identify issues, monitor incidents, and coordinate with AMS and IT teams for timely resolution. Identify enhancement opportunities, drive process improvements, and support the rollout of new features and upgrades.
  • Lead subsequent project phases, including expansion to additional customers & Products and implementation of advanced functionalities. Provide refresher training and support to factory SPOCs and sales teams to ensure sustained adoption and effective use of Powershop.
  • Facilitate clear communication between factories, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of concerns. Analyze usage data and feedback to inform decision-making and drive improvements in Powershop effectiveness.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering). Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role related to e-commerce platforms or software projects.
  • Experience/knowledge in SFDC, SAP SD module, Conga Platform. Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience in coordinating software development projects using Agile methodology, especially Scrum.
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce deployment; experience with Conga platform, CPQ, and configurators is a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and implementation support.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Conflict resolution and commitment-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
