Job Description

As a candidate for the role of supporting the implementation and leading post-implementation phases of Powershop at Hitachi Energy's eBusiness platform, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across BU PGTR and Hub APMEA factories. You will act as the primary point of contact for all factories regarding Powershop, driving the next phases of the project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with HUB Sales Operations, BU CPQ, IT, and factory teams to successfully onboard new factories, products, and customers into Powershop. - Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Powershop implementation, coordinating system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Conduct training sessions and create user guides to prepare factory teams for Powershop go-live, providing hands-on support during the launch. - Act as the primary contact for all factories regarding Powershop inquiries, support, and escalations post-implementation, tracking usage metrics and ensuring adoption targets are met. - Identify issues, monitor incidents, and coordinate with AMS and IT teams for timely resolution, driving process improvements and supporting feature upgrades. - Lead subsequent project phases, including expansion to additional customers & products and implementation of advanced functionalities, providing refresher training and support. - Facilitate clear communication between factories, IT, and business stakeholders, analyzing usage data to drive improvements in Powershop effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering) with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role related to e-commerce platforms or software projects. - Experience/knowledge in SFDC, SAP SD module, Conga Platform, and strong understanding of sales processes. - Experience in coordinating software development projects using Agile methodology, especially Scrum, and B2B e-commerce deployment. - Demonstrated excellence in project management, strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
