EA to Founder

As an EA to Founder at Bridgetown Research, your primary responsibility will be to support the leadership and operational needs of the company. This will involve managing schedules, contracts, travel arrangements, coordination tasks, and basic administrative functions like banking, taxes, and visas. Key Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars and daily schedules efficiently - Organize meetings and calls, including setting agendas and follow-ups - Coordinate across different time zones and with external stakeholders - Maintain and organize employee and vendor agreements - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes - Liaise with external HR or legal consultants as necessary - Book and manage flights, accommodations, and ground transportation - Prepare travel itineraries and handle any changes or cancellations - Track reimbursements and manage expense submissions - Support the submission of banking and compliance documentation - Track expenses diligently and maintain accurate records - Coordinate with tax consultants or legal teams for filings and deadlines - Manage documentation for visas and international travel - Ensure timely updates on renewals and compliance milestones Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in executive assistance or operational support roles - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Discretion in handling confidential information - Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion - Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or executive environment is advantageous - Ability to work independently and proactively across various functions This role will require your availability between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM IST. It is a remote-friendly position, although candidates in Bengaluru will be preferred for in-person coordination when necessary.,
