Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Founder. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the founder's daily schedule, preparing expense reports, coordinating internal and external communication, and providing comprehensive executive support. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidentiality in all operations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Strong ability to provide reliable Executive Support
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative purposes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or in supporting senior executives is a plus
