Role: Executive Assistant to the Founder

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the coordination point between the Founder and internal teams, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up.
• Assist in drafting emails, presentations, briefs and communication material on behalf of the Founder.
• Maintain the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings and prepare pre-reads and notes.
• Record meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely closure.
• Support the Founder in research work across business, strategy, competition and opportunities.
• Break down broad business problems into structured tasks with clear next steps.
• Assist in managing projects that require the Founder’s involvement ensuring updates, accountability and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, research, operations, finance) to maintain seamless workflow.
• Help manage stakeholder communication with partners, vendors and clients.
• Represent the Founder professionally in certain internal and external communications.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interest in finance, business and strategy (background in finance is an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to structure information clearly.
• High level of professionalism, ownership and discretion.
• Ability to work under timelines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with productivity tools: Google Workspace and AI-based tools.
