Role: Junior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into clean, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Assist with basic colour correction, sound balancing and simple visual effects.
• Create short-form edits and platform-specific versions for X, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Support the team in adding simple motion graphics, text animations and transitions.
• Maintain file organisation, project timelines and version control.
• Coordinate with designers, writers and senior editors to understand creative requirements.
• Stay updated with evolving video trends and editing styles relevant to social media.

Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics tools.
• Familiarity with social-media-first editing styles (short-form cuts, reels, hooks, overlays).
• Understanding of different video formats, resolution and export settings.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and disciplined workflow habits.
• Good communication and ability to work in coordination with the creative team.
