EA to CEO

As an Executive Assistant in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by managing their calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing communications, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the key point of contact between various departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion will be a vital part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Your assistance in the day-to-day operations and logistics within the data center will be essential. Collaborating with senior management on strategic projects and initiatives will be part of your duties, as well as serving as the primary liaison for the CEO's office, both internally and externally. You will also provide research support on industry trends, competitor analysis, and operational improvements in the data center sector. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technical or data center-related field. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, along with project management tools, is required. The ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage multiple priorities, and exercise discretion in handling confidential information is crucial. An understanding of data center operations and industry standards would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and be willing to relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location in Indore. Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate before starting work is mandatory for this role.
